1. Purchase: Buy Combi-Protec from an authorised distributor.
2. Submit: Upload your invoice using the rebate form below.
3. Receive: Once approved, your rebate check will be mailed to you.

Combi-Protec

• Valid for purchases made between January 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026
• Invoice must clearly show product name, amount of product purchased, name   of buyer, distributor and purchase date
• Rebates are limited to 1 per grower (the rebate is applicable to the full amount
  of Combi-Protec purchased)
• Submission deadline: June 15, 2026
• Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for rebate processing
